工程管理专业综合实务实训教学体系构建研究与实践

构建较为完备的综合实务实训教学体系是落实和完善工程管理专业培养方案的重要内容。本文从实验室平台建设与教学内容和方法革新等方面对工程管理专业综合实训教学体系进行构建和探索,形成了具有一定特色的实训方案和体系。初步实践表明,贴近实际工程项目的综合实务实训激发了学生的学习兴趣、锻炼了学生的创新思维、提升了学生的实践能力。     

高职《国际金融》课程教学改革实践研究

本文结合笔者的教学经验,通过对北京地区部分高职院校《国际金融》课程的教、学、用的调查,从高职学生的特点与高职《国际金融》课程教学改革的现状出发,提出“以学为本”的《国际金融》课程教学改革建议与具体实施方案。     

Modelling Risk Perceptions of Stakeholders in Public–Private Partnership Toll Road Contracts

This paper investigates the risk perceptions of key stakeholder groups typically involved in public–private partnership (PPP) toll roads. Risk perceptions have an important impact on these PPP schemes for investing in public infrastructure. However, the nature and extent of risk associated with the specification of a PPP contract that commits contracting parties to deliver on their obligations remain unclear. In the context of major transport infrastructure, such as a new toll road, the often‐cited key risk to investors is the traffic (and hence demand) risk. There are, however, other risks, including political risk and media risk, the latter often causing untold harm resulting in modifications to the planned infrastructure. This paper develops a method to capture evidence on how public sector and private sector partners involved in previous PPPs perceive the levels of risk associated with each risk attribute, as a way of identifying the ex ante risk setting brought to negotiations in PPP toll road investments. Using a sample of 101 experts with contract experience in 32 countries, we develop a stated choice experiment and estimate a discrete choice model to quantify a risk profile index (RPI) to capture the perceived (relative) influence of each dimension of risk, and then identify sources of systematic differences in the RPI as a way of understanding the influence of personal traits and contextual and contractual factors.

浅谈微观经济学课程改革

微观经济学课程是一门理论性与实践性都较强的课程。微观经济学侧重于基本概念、基本图形、基本理论的教授,使学生对市场运行机制的一般原理和规范行为等方面的内容有比较全面的了解。通过本课程的学习,可以使学生掌握微观经济学的基本原理,并培养经济学直觉,培养运用基本的微观经济学方法分析现实经济问题的能力。在实际教学过程中,要精心设计教学内容,丰富教学手段,注重理论与实践相结合,从而提高微观经济学的教学质量。     

地方高校旅游管理本科专业双语教学对策探究--以广东省肇庆学院为例

双语教学近些年备受重视,一直是众多高校教学改革的重点内容之一。以广东省肇庆学院为例,基于旅游管理本科专业的人才培养目标和未来行业需求,运用SWOT分析法,在对该院旅游管理专业双语教学发展进行全面分析基础上,提出从课程内容和教学设计、教师队伍建设、教材建设等多方面推动改革,以期探索一条适合地方高校开展旅游管理专业双语教学的道路。     

多个教学环节、多门课程互动的实践教学机制探索

社会工作及相关专业的本科教育中,集中或分散进行的实践教学如果没有形成统一的主题和形式,就难以达到调动学生积极性和主动性的效果。采用多门课程、多个教学环节互动的形式,在课程与教学环节之间进行衔接和协调,并使之机制化,可以有效地提高学生的社会调查研究实践水平。     

网络环境下高职会计课程设置与教学方法研究

如何提高高职会计学生学习的效率与效果,从而使之熟悉会计岗位工作,一直是会计职业教育研究的一个重要课题。互联网络环境下,出现了微课、慕课等教学形式,从而出现了与传统教学模式相反的“翻转课堂”新型教学模式。通过对高职会计课程设置、教师课堂教学重点及教学方法的合理设计,将有利于促进教学目标的实现。     

Social Issues and Media Sensationalism: The Effectiveness of Teaching Methods to Affect their Perceived Importance

This study assessed the perceived importance of various social issues and the effect that teaching methods have on business students' perceptions of those issues. Subjects in the test group were shown an educational video that explained how some social issues are reported inaccurately with extensive coverage, or sensationalized in the media, resulting in a moral panic. Other issues are not covered as extensively, but may have a more significant impact on business, society and the subject. The importance of five social issues was rated by students who had completed a course that covered business ethics and social responsibility content and those who had not taken the course yet.Results indicated that business ethics and social responsibility course content had no effect on perceived importance of social issues, but that viewing the video did. Subjects who viewed the educational video on social issues in the news media rated those issues receiving extensive coverage as lower in importance than those subjects who did not view the video. Also, subjects who viewed the educational video rated those issues not receiving extensive coverage as higher in importance than those subjects who did not view the video. Implications for business ethics and social responsibility educators are discussed.     

Case Studies of Ethics Scandals: Effects on Ethical Perceptions of Finance Students

Ethics instructors often use cases to help students understand ethics within a corporate context, but we need to know more about the impact a case-based pedagogy has on students’ ability to make ethical decisions. We used a pre- and post-test methodology to assess the effect of using cases to teach ethics in a finance course. We also wanted to determine whether recent corporate ethics scandals might have impacted students’ perceptions of the importance and prevalence of ethics in business, so we used in-depth case studies of several of the major scandals (e.g., Enron, Tyco, Adelphia). Our results are somewhat surprising since studying ethics scandals positively impacts students’ ethical decision making and their perceptions of the ethics of businesspeople.
